Registration fee includes:

• Banquet included in registration.
• Senior citizens aged 70 years and above with more than 5 years of ISO standing membership are eligible for free registration. However, submission of valid age proof is mandatory. Kindly note: The Banquet is optional and chargeable at ₹5,000, applicable for 9th and 10th October.
• Conference/ Delegate kit. (For spot registration conference kit will be subject to availability)

Registration Guidelines

• Membership number is mandatory for registration in membership category.
• PG Students should submit the bonafide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with the Registration form.
• Bank charges for online net banking and credit/debit card actual charges will be applicable as per the transaction method and charges defined by your bank for online transactions.
• For spot registrations, payment will be accepted only via Cash, Card, or UPI. Please note that an additional charge of 3% will be applicable on all card payments.
• Registration is non transferable.
• Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
• It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo ID (government approved) for smooth onsite registration procedure.
• For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
• Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: (Registration):

• 25% retention for cancellations received by 1st July 2026.
• 50% retention for cancellations received by 31st August 2026
• 100% retention for cancellations received after 1st September 2026.
• Refund will be processed one month after completion of conference.
• The official date of the cancellation request will be determined by the time stamp on the email.
• All cancellations must be requested via an email to the conference secretariat at E Mail: isocon2026amritsar@gmail.com
• Applicable GST will be deducted before processing the refunds.

Force Majeure ISOCON 2026, Amritsar Conference Postponement & Cancellation:

• ISOCON 2026, AMRITSAR Organizing Committee governing body shall not be liable for failure or delay to organize ISOCON 2026, AMRITSAR Conference, which may become practicably impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizing committee governing body. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labor disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease including ongoing COVID- 19; lockdowns & quarantines; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the reasonable control of the organizing committee ISOCON 2026, AMRITSAR governing body.

Postponement of Conference:

• Conference dates of ISOCON 2026, AMRITSAR if affected by force majeure shall be tolled for the duration of such force majeure, i.e. not to cancel but reschedule the Conference to revised dates as soon as possible after the force majeure condition ceases to exist. Any refunds claimed by delegates on account of change of dates of Event shall be subject to cancellation policy published on website and registration form.

Cancellation of Conference:

• If the Force Majeure period lasts for such prolonged times or its residual effects are long lasting thereby making it impractical to conduct the conference, the event shall be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the event, the refundable deposit shall be returned to the delegates with some deduction (If any) made on account of nonrecoverable expenses incurred in the preparations including but not limited to reservations, MARCOM (Mktg. & communication) & IT expenses, Office Admin, Taxation, Professional Fee & Onsite Setup etc. as per the decision of ISOCON 2026, AMRITSAR governing body.
